Scary Race is the second of two projects developed in the Game Development II course. Using the same framework and theme as CaptAncestor, Scary Race is a multiplayer racing game though an old haunted castle where a family of ghost is bored to death. Because of their skill at scaring people away, they managed to get rid of the last customer of the Scary Castle. With no mortals to scare, they began looking for a new challenge. The ghost family grandpa – Old Ronald – discovered something in the TV that he liked: motor sports. Without much hesitation, he has now announced the new official sport for the castle: The Scary Race!
